Privacy
How we handle your information.
Marble is a boutique digital atelier in Vancouver, Canada. We keep this simple, because trust is the foundation of every engagement. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any details you include — such as your company, budget, and a description of your project. We do not collect anything you don't type.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to carry out the project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we never will.
How it reaches us
Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our studio inbox. Your details pass through their service only to deliver it to us. If you'd rather not use the form, you may email us directly at contact@marblestudio.org.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in future, we'll update this page and use only anonymised, aggregate data — never anything that identifies you personally.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you well, and no longer than necessary. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so promptly.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and equivalent regulations elsewhere, these rights are yours by default. To exercise any of them, simply write to us.
Contact
Questions about your privacy, or this page? Write to contact@marblestudio.org and a person — not a bot — will reply.
This page is written in plain language and reflects how we genuinely operate. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice; if your engagement has specific regulatory requirements, we're happy to accommodate them.
